DIY exfoliating scrubs and masks for acne-prone skin (they differ depending on the type of acne)

3 parts olive oil 1 part honey (teaspoons for short / thin hair, tablespoons for long /thick). Heat in microwave for 30-45 seconds (until it just begins to boil). Stir until well blended. When still warm, but cool enough to touch apply to damp or dry hair and comb through. Wrap in towel or put up in a plastic shower cap, let sit for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, Shampoo, Condition.... I did this and my hair is shiny, smooth, and soft... I will definitely be doing this 1-2x per month!

Put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a small cup, mix in one teaspoon baking soda plus one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, and half a teaspoon water. Thoroughly mix then brush your teeth for two minutes. Remember to do it once a week until you have reached the results you want. Once your teeth are good and white, limit yourself to using the whitening treatment once every month or two. - And to think I almost shelled out $40 at the store for some whitening strips!
