I've been living a sugar-less (mostly sugar-less) lifestyle for the last year & noticing that in addition to losing over 30 pounds, I feel so much better. Finding recipes that don't include sugar is a pain, and sugar hides in so many salad dressings. I love soy and sesame oil combined, so this Oriental Chicken Salad recipe looks delicious.
