Gouda and Sun-Dried Tomato Cheese Ball, this recipe is so good I made it for work with a couple slight variations. I mixed the cheeses in my mixer and i put the sun dried tomatoes in a food processor until minced.

One of my all time favorite soups is my Italian Wedding Soup. The secret is in the delicious meatballs – instead of the traditional ground beef, I make them with ground chicken and chicken sausage, along with Parmesan cheese and lots of spices. And because I roast the meatballs instead of frying them on the stove, there’s no mess! Simmered in chicken stock with fresh spinach and pasta, they make this soup a wonderful one-pot dinner your family will love.
