When taken regularly, it is said to reduce weight of even the most obese person. Also, drinking this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body even though the person may eat a high calorie diet. 1tsp of each, added to hot water.
Quick Summer Fruit Salad~THIS IS AMAZING!!! 1 (5.1 oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding 1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits w/juice, 1 lb. fresh strawberries, 1 cup fresh blueberries, 3 bananas, sliced. In a bowl combine pudding mix and canned pineapple with the juice. Stir until well blended. Fold in the fruit. And ENJOY!!..
