Casa Batlló was originally built between 1875 and 1877. In 1900 it was bought by the rich industrialist Josep Battló i Casanovas who commissioned Gaudí to tear down the old house and reconstruct a new one. Gaudí however convinced Battló to remodel the existing building. Between 1904 and 1906 Gaudí redesigned the facade and roof, added an extra floor and completely remodeled the interior. architect, antoni gaudi, window, art, barcelonaspain, antonio gaudi, hous, place, barcelona spain

Antelope Canyon: Antelope Canyon is one of the world's most beautiful canyons. Called Tse bighanilini in Navaho, which means "the place where water runs through rocks", it is found in the state of Arizona. It was formed from the erosion of rocks, when flash floods above picked up speed and grit. The water and sand smoothed and carved the edges of the slot canyon, widening it in some areas. Mother Nature truly is an abstract artist! arizona travel, artists, rock, cave, place, mother nature, antelope canyon, antelop canyon, grand canyon
