Replace With.... Just want to add. 1. You can sweeten your sparkling water with stevia(an all natural sweetener that comes from the stevia leaf.) Also I use lacroix flavored sparkling water which uses natural flavors rather than processed ones, for those who do want flavored sparkling water. 2.Choose dark chocolate(at least 70% cocoa) rather than milk. Dark chocolate has been shown to be heart healthy, and it’s so sweet you likely wont need to eat much to satisfy your sweet tooth:) 3. Yogurt from grass fed cows that have not been subjected to growth hormones, or antibiotics is best. I get one from whole foods which I LOVE. The brand that makes it is “traders point creamery” I eat it with either my hemp seed, or flax seed granola. Give it a try!
