Nigerian Meat pie. I'd make my own crust but the filling looks yummy bid make them in muffin tins or mini disposable pie plates. Good for freezing.
Mini Protein Chia Muffins 35 cal snack with 4.2g of protein, 1.8g fat and only 1g carb. 5 scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder (I used New Zealand Whey) 2 tbsp Ground Flax Seeds 4 tbsp Chia Seeds 1tsp Cinnamon 1/4 tsp baking powder Stevia Drops (to taste) 1/2 cup egg whites 3 tbsp coconut oil (melted) 2 tbsp Chocolate Unsweetened Almond Milk (Optional)
Stuffed Pepper Casserole. Looks good and easy.
This is our favorite way to eat broccoli of all time! My husband says he would rather eat this than fries. I put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.
