The Adventures of Bear: BFIAR - Goodnight Moon / Bonsoir Lune
"Cloud dough is a lovely sensory experience to provide for preschool children. It has a beautiful silky smooth texture and can smell divine… depending on which baby oil you choose to add to the mix. Here is the recipe… and oh so easy! 8 cups of plain flour to 1 cup of baby oil. Enjoy mixing!"
Spring or Fall Sensory Tub-- Birdseed as "base", with things like bark and acorns and pine cones and twigs and real leaves and real nuts (as long as there are no allergies!). I love the squirrel toys, and think that having places to "hide" the nuts would make this sensory activity even more awesome! Maybe in a fake, hollowed-out "tree"...

Fill the table with rice. Mix in some non-magnetic plastic beads (such as colorful pony beads), magnetic marbles, and colored metal paper clips. Include a magnet wand for each child. Children explore with the magnets in the sensory table, discovering which items are magnetic and which are not, and using the magnet wands to find buried magnetic treasure.
Putting water beads in colored water is so much fun!
