Its my lifestyle, NOT a diet or trend...I eat CLEAN single ingredients and only buy local organic foods and follow a Mediterranean lifestyle...Tons of fresh fruits & vegs, fresh wild fish, seafood and poultry, beans, nuts and seeds. All simply prepared. No red meat, no dairy (animal products), no gluten, no GMO's, no soy, no nitrates and no packaged/prepared and nothing artificial. Absolutely NO junk/fast food.
