Garlic Chicken Puffs (I can attest that these are awesome.) yields 32 puffs (I made a double batch) 4 ounces cream cheese 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken* 2 cans refrigerator crescent rolls

Roasted cabbage. INSANELY delicious, easy, inexpensive healthy. (1 t. olive oil, 2 T. bacon bits, 2 T lemon juice, 1 T. worcestershire, 1/4 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper, 1 Cabbage, quartered, individually wrapped. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes)

Banana Cream Pie Cupcakes

A pinner said "I am completely obsessed with this bread. I've made 5 loaves already!" This is insanely easy - it literally took 2 minutes to stir together the dough - let it sit overnight and then bake. This has the plain version and two flavored: Rosemary, Lemon and Gruyere AND Cranberry, orange and almond.

oh my gosh. Chicken Taco salad that's HEALTHY! There's black beans, corn, green peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, chicken, avocado & tortilla chips. All tossed together with a taco ranch dressing made with Greek yogurt.

Breakfast casserole in the crock pot!! Cooks while you sleep! Next office breakfast potluck for sure.

Tomato Surprise

  • Nettie Grimes has an egg in it. You could put other stuff in, too! I'm thinking crabmeat and cracker crumbs! Then a sprinkle of cheese on top.
