The dream for this family was somehow fitting a pool, spa, fireplace, larger patio areas, and also some grass for the kids to play on all in a very small back yard! It was a challenge but all was accomplished with beautiful results. In fact, this project is featured in the 2009 Fall issue of Luxury Pools Magazine.

Bean Bag Hammocks... Oh gracious... Anyone wants to give me one? :)
ME: Mud room - i like! THEM: Because orange can be too intense on its own, Berman added blue accents in the mudroom. "It's such a welcoming color. Orange feels like a younger, fresher version of red," she says. "But it can be a hot color, and I needed a little bit of cool as balance, to cut through the heat." Wall color is Benjamin Moore’s Fresno. Anchor pillow by Jonathan Adler.
Shower behind the sinks...... It's kinda like a cave......& you don't have to worry abolut cleaning shower door. So neat!!
Two-Story Studio all to cute. Add drama to your potting shed by extending it upward. A second story dormer window infuses this shed with natural sunlight. Dentil detailing at the eave line and doorway impart a touch of elegance, as do the checkerboard tile floor and topiary planters flanking the doorway. I love the topiary planters.
Dreamy two-story garden shed! Could not be cuter! Oh my!
Really want my own pool-this one will work for me.
