Alyssa's Idea: My favorite new low-cal sandwich is Orowheat's honey wheat rolls (100 cal each) with a slice of Sargento's low fat Pepper jack (40 cal each), sliced cucumber, tomato and Oscar Mayer's Select (no preservatives and 50 calories for 6 slices) Applewood Bacon turkey. Top with a tablespoon of Ken's Steakhouse Lite Honey Mustard.
eatfruit-getskinny: 100 calorie snack pack ideas. Love this idea, AND love how it shows how much you get to eat with different food choices… for 100 calories, you could have two twizzlers or a couple little cheese chunks or a TON of fruit/veggies!
Cauliflower Crust Pizza - Pinner said: WOW, this pizza is fantastic and if I never eat a real pizza crust again, I won’t even miss it. This cauliflower crust is firm, with great flavor, you can cut it like a regular pizza and pick up the slices and eat them with your hands. This recipe is just downright fabulous and everyone, kids and adults, who have tried a slice have loved it and couldn’t figure out the secret of the crust.
i had to repin this because i made them and they are amazing. and they are really only 2 points each on weight watchers!!! i added cream cheese frosting so im sure that adds some cals, but who cares! Pumpkin Muffins - only 2 ingredients. That's right, just the cake mix and the pumpkin. No oil, no eggs, no water, nothing else. Bake at 350, this is a Weight Watchers treat, very low cal.
