Crunchy cabbage salad with peanut dressing~~I'm finding this 3 days after I had tried this idea: I cooked already shredded slaw in a bag with a little sesame & chili oils and two eggs. I called it lo-carb fried cabbage instead of fried rice or noodles. It was really good! I will have to try this one too.
