Fast Breakfast Ideas

OVERNIGHT COLD OATS…In a mason jar or any container I add 1/2 cup of steel cut oats, 1/2 cup of almond milk, and 1 scoop of my chocolate or vanilla protein powder. Stir and Seal. In the morning just grab the jar and eat it cold. Delicious. Add fresh fruit, a tbsp peanut butter or perfectly fine plain…love it!!

Breakfast cookies - 3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup raisins, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon. preheat oven to 350 degrees. bake for 15-20 minutes. NO SUGAR!

No need to skip breakfast with this quick and easy recipe for Coffee Cup Scramble. It cooks up fast in the microwave for a healthy way to start your day.

Here is a good idea for breakfast or snack! Two-minute muffins in your microwave! 1/4 cup quick oats 1 egg (sub. 1/4 egg beaters for less calories) small handful of blueberries little bit of brown sugar/stevia (optional) tbsp soymilk or regular milk(for added moistness!) Mix it all up into a coffee mug! Put it in the microwave for 1 minute, make sure it doesn’t overflow! Add an extra 30 sec if it needs to firm up.
