Baked Ziti - Made this recently. It was yummy and easy and made enough for a couple dinners and a lunch. I used what I had on hand which happened to be rigatoni noodles and a jar of sauce which had italian sausage in it. Turned out delicious with both substitutions, especially the hint of italian sausage in with the ground beef. Will make again!
This one is terrific! It takes about ten minutes to make and it tastes great. I added bean sprouts as well as green onions and that really added some nice Asian crunch. Ben has put it on his Top Favorites list.
