Corn Casserole 1 box Jiffy 1 can cream corn 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 2 eggs 1 stick butter, melted 1 Cup Sour cream Mix all together in casserole adding the sour cream last. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes. I make this every year....u can double & triple it. Family favorite

Ultra-Crispy Roast Potatoes..one of my favorite side dishes. Microwave quartered potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain water. Drizzle a fair amount of olive oil over the potatoes, gently toss the potatoes, and sprinkle with oregano. Put in a hot oven 450 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until crispy. Watch closely.

Southwest chicken!!!! We make This often... SO easy and SOOO yummy!! Chicken tenderloins-cut into small squares, 2 cups instant rice, 1 taco seasoning, 1 can rotel, grated cheese. Cook chicken in skillet. Add 1 1/2 cups water, taco seasoning and rotel. Heat to boiling. Add 2 cups instant rice. Stir, remove from heat and cover. Once water is absorbed, stir and top with cheese. Let cheese melt and voila!! Dinners served! Eat with tostitos, tortillas or by itself!
This was amazing! Easy to make and beyond delicious. Kids couldn't get enough. Simply toss pasta with 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder salt, and black pepper; Much healthier than any cream sauce
Bacon wrapped chicken with cream cheese, garlic salt, and cheddar cheese. This might be the best thing I've ever cooked. I used thicker bacon so I only used two pieces for each piece. Made an "X" with the bacon, laid chicken on top, added toppings and folded bacon up and secured with toothpicks. I didn't flip them. Definitely will use a pan with sides next time, juice ran out and got all in the oven.
