JuSt DO IT!!!!!Tank Top Arms- this workout actually looks great- it does a nice balance of working the bis, the tris, and the back pretty equally. Did this @ my Boot camp. The routine takes about 6-7 minutes, and is a TOTAL workout! I added another set of push ups, threw in some planks/abs and legs for a great total body workout

One Exercise to End "Lower Belly Pooch" every girl should read this!! This stretch will bring your hips back to where they should be, ease forward pressure on your lower back, and dial back the lower belly bulge. Also helps to stretch the tight hips to end lower back pain.

The hardest 8 minute arm exercise with trainer to the stars Tracy Anderson! She promises the "tiniest arms with great definition!"
