Creamy Tomato and Spinach Pasta

3 roasted red bell peppers 2-3 Tbsp onion 2 Tbsp minced garlic 1/4 C fresh basil 3 Tbsp olive oil 1- 1 1/2 C half and half 1 tsp cornstarch 1/3 C grated Romano or Parmesan Cheese 2 Tbsp butter salt and pepper to taste Saute onion, garlic, peppers, and basil in evoo. Blend in blender. Place mix back in pan. Boil. Take off heat & add in 1/2 & 1/2, cheese, and butter.
