Pumpkin Dinner Rolls Delicious! Made these tonight with all whole wheat flour. Used instant/fast acting yeast with great results. Mixed yeast, brown sugar, spices and 3 cups whole wheat flour in mixer bowl. Then heated milk, butter, oil and pumpkin to 120-130 degrees F and mixed in to flour mixture, then added egg and remaining flour. Let stand for 10 minutes and then shaped. This makes 16 VERY large rolls.
