Chicken Taco Soup 1/2 cup diced Onion; 1 diced Grn Bell Pepper; 1-16 oz jar Salsa 32 oz Chicken Stock; 1-1.25 oz pkg Taco Seas; 1-12 oz bag of frozen Corn; 1-6 oz can Tomato Paste; 2 lbs boneless skinless Chicken Breasts; 4 oz Crm Cheese; 1/2 cup Sour Cream. In lg crockpot, mix all ingred EXCEPT crm cheese & sour cream. Cook-low 6-8 hrs. 1/2 hour before serving, remove chicken & shred. Return & add crm cheese & sour cream. Stir til melted. Serve w/ shredded cheese & tortilla strips!

For Taco Tuesday...Easy Crockpot Chicken Tacos...dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts & a jar of salsa in the crockpot, stir and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(6-8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings!
