Lemon Crinkle Cookies -- •1 box lemon cake mix •1 egg, lightly beaten •2 cups Cool Whip, thawed (8 ounce container) •½ to 1 cup powdered sugar -- Instructions 1.Preheat oven to 350. 2.In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg, and Cool Whip. The batter will be sticky! 3.Form dough into tablespoonfuls and roll in powdered sugar. 4.Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the edges are golden. Allow to cool 1 minute on baking sheet; then remove to wire rack to cool completely.

Do-It-Yourself Protein Bars - 2 Cups Peanut Butter. 1 3/4 Cups honey. 2 1/4 Cups Protein Powder. 3 Cups dried oatmeal or granola. In a microwave safe bowl combine peanut butter and honey for 70 -90 seconds. Add protein powder and oatmeal. Mix all of this (it will be thick). Press it into 9X13 inch pan. Put it in the refrigerator to cool.
