This is our favorite way to eat broccoli of all time! My husband says he would rather eat this than fries. I put a few tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and bake.

Quick Pizza Dough: 1 pkg. (2 1/4 tsp) Quik Rise dry yeast 1 cup lukewarm water 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 Tbsp. honey 2 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. garlic & onion powder. Mix yeast in water in glass bowl. Add other ingredients. Mix well by hand. Let rise 10 minutes, covered. Bake at 450°F. for 12 minutes.
