Just some Books I have read
Katy has just moved to to Ketterman, WV. After the rather off-putting induction to her new town Katy starts to notice that things don't quite add up. What are the flashes of light in the sky? Why are girls going missing? Why is next door-neighbor Daemon allowing Katy to see glimpses of someone sweet under his rude exterior? It could be because of fact that Daemon and his sister Dee are aliens.
A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray -- This is the first of the Gemma Doyle Trilogy, a YA historical fiction/fantasy series. It is told from the perspective of Gemma Doyle, a girl in the year 1895. Gemma leaves her home in India to go to a boarding school in England after witnessing her mother's murder. Once there, she is plagued by clairvoyant visions as she looks into the magical secrets of the school with her three friends Felicity Worthington, Pippa Cross and Ann Bradshaw.
A Great And Terrible Beauty
Oscar Wilde's story of a fashionable young man who sells his soul for eternal youth and beauty is one of his most popular works. Written in Wilde's characteristically dazzling manner, full of stinging epigrams and shrewd observations, the tale of Dorian Gray's moral disintegration caused something of a scandal when it first appeared in 1890.

The Matched series by Ally Condie is dystopian (think Hunger Games and Delirium) and will challenge how you perceive the world we live in, and how wildly different it could be! The second novel in the series, Crossed, is out now and the third, Reached, will be out later in 2012. Ava Jae writes about Matched #1 on her blog at avajae.blogspot.com but you can find out more about the series on amazon or goodreads.com
