Oreo Mousse Cups - Finely crush one package of double stuffed Oreos using a food processor (or crush with a rolling pin). Melt one stick of butter butter and add to the Oreo crumbs, mixing well. Press the Oreo mixture into the cups of a muffin tin. Be sure that the bottom of each cup is covered about a 1/4 inch thick, and press the crust up the sides to create a small cookie bowl. Refrigerate. Prepare one box of mousse according to the instructions on the box. When the mousse is ready, take the crusts out of the fridge. Use a table knife to ease each crust out of the tin and fill the Oreo cups with the mousse (you can use a spoon, or pipe it in). Garnish with berries and refrigerate until ready to serve
