Turkey spaghetti. We make this at least once a week. 1/2 lb. ground turkey, 1/2 onion, 1 small can mushrooms (stems and peices). Cook until turkey is done, onions and mushrooms are tender. Add favorite pasta sauce. (Look for ones that are 90 calories or less per serving.) Serve over pasta. Angel hair pasta is our favorite. Top with parmesan cheese. Soooo good.
