HEALTHY Popsicles: - yogurt (1 cup) - frozen/fresh fruit (pineapple, mango, kiwis, oranges, bananas) - frozen/fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries) - spinach leaves (1 large handful) - frozen peas (maybe 1/2 cup) - juice (1 cup, may need more) - wheat germ or flaxseed (2-3 tsp)
