To make that cake, you just mix a 12-oz. can (or 1 1/2 cups) of diet soda with an 18.25-oz. box of cake mix -- don't add ANYTHING else. Then just bake it up in the oven at 350 degrees. Baked Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken :: i had high hopes for this, it turned out ok. pros: it is basically the easiest thing you could imagine and is an easy meal to make for 1 or 2. plus, garlic sugar olivie oil - all good. cons: i think i ruined a pan (next time would use foil), might need to try a lower oven temperature than prescribed. maybe tweakable. don't love it, don't hate it.

Cinnamon Streusel Baked French Toast ~ Says: This was so amazing. I made it for brunch this weekend and everyone asked for the recipe. I baked it for 50 minutes and it came out soft and chewy on the inside with a delicious cinnamon sugar crust on the outside. The house smelled so good when it was cooking. It was also great to prepare it the night before and just pop it in the oven before my guests arrived. I love easy entertaining recipes.
