Teaching the next generation how to cook a chicken. 1915 That could be Grandma Lizzie teaching my mother how to cook a chicken.. She also taught her how to clean fish, and the wild game that was caught or shot by my dad. We were poor and that was the kind of meat we had many nights. Grandma also taught mom to quilt and crochet and my mom passed the art of cooking, quilting and crocheting on to me. I never wanted to learn about canning as I thought that was too much work!

Production in 1905 and 1906 were all single-cylinder models with 26.84 cubic inches (440 cc) engines. In February 1907 a prototype model with a 45-degree V-Twin engine was displayed at the Chicago Automobile Show. Although shown and advertised, very few V-Twin models were built between 1907 and 1910. These first V-Twins displaced 53.68 cubic inches (880 cc) and produced about 7 horsepower (5.2 kW). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harley-Davidson

Don't be caught in "Tuesday" pants on Friday! Oh the shame.
Pistol-packin' mama. I love the idea of a gun for Christmas! She is scaring me a little...I don't know where she is pointing this and if it is loaded. Some lessons at the shooting range might be in order!
The people from the D-Day kiss - I love this so much!
