I'm pro running and anti-"dieting". Obviously make healthy choices with eating but I believe you can have that cake and ice cream, just put in some work. There is always time, being healthy and losing weight should not be "easy". Love this chart... Diets can't do all this...

The Simple Morning Workout - I think I would actually do this.

Intense 12 min ab exercises without equipment. Do this everyday. It's freaking legit

Run 1/2 mile... then 10 push-ups, 20 squats, 30 sit-ups. Repeat 6 times. quick and easy full body. (home work out) *It's the repeat 6 times I'm worried about!*

Thigh Thinner- (This is killerly awesome!) Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes out, holding 10-15 pound kettlebell at chest. Lift left heel off floor, then squat (as shown). Return to start. Switch sides; repeat. Continue, alternating sides, for 1 minute. Did this at Zumba Monday....killer!!!
