This completely dairy free dressing is strangely reminescent of the ranch dressing you devoured growing up. Creamy and Tangy, this will tickle your taste buds in just the right way!

Protein shake that tastes like Wendy's Frosty! Hmmm... 3/4 cup (6 ounces) almond milk (or milk of your choice, I use unsweetened vanilla almond breeze by blue diamond) about 15 ice cubes, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1-2 TB unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener of choice (1/4 of a frozen banana or stevia).

Dreamy Nighttime Drink Ingredients 1 cup milk 1 tsp honey 2 drops vanilla extract 1 pinch ground cinnamon Directions Pour milk into a microwave safe mug and place into microwave. Cook on High until the milk is very hot and begins to foam, about 3 minutes. Stir in honey and vanilla, then sprinkle with cinnamon before serving. Could sub soy, almond or rice milk to make dairy free
