Mongolian Chicken - 2 lbs sliced chicken breast,1/4 teaspoon of ginger, 1 tablespoon minced garlic , 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup water, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 2/3 cup cornstarch, 2 tablespoons finely diced onions. Heat oil in a pan & cook ginger, garlic, onions, soy sauce & water until soft. Add sugar & boil 2-3 mins until thick. Remove from heat. Coat chicken in cornflour & fry. Combine chicken & sauce. Simmer until sticky and coated. Serve with rice & veggies.
