Caramelized Brussels Sprouts -- thinly sliced, seared in olive oil and garlic, caramelized with brown sugar, and tossed with toasted pecans.  heat olive oil over medium high & saute garlic for 30 seconds  add brussels sprouts and saute for 4-5 minutes, until bright green & tender  toss with sea salt & brown sugar, then add toasted walnuts or pecans.
so yum. caramelized brussels sprouts.
Don't throw a frozen veggie patty on the grill this Memorial Day. Make these tasty Black Bean Burgers instead.
Almond Joy Bars( With Or Without The Almonds)
Frozen banana bites. My spin on it: 2 Bananas cut into 1" bites, 1/3 c chocolate chips, 1/4 c peanut butter, sprinkles of coconut. Microwave choc. chip and peanut butter 1 mintute. Add bananas & stir until coated. Place bites on parchment paper. Spoon any remaining choc. mixture onto bites. Sprinkle with coconut. Freeze about an hour. Quick & tasty!
