Squash Casserole: 2 tablespoons butter 4 cups sliced yellow squash 1 medium onion, chopped 2 eggs 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons butter ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon ground black pepper 1 sleeve Ritz crackers Bake at 350 for 45 min.
Hot Vanilla Milk. This is a gem of a drink. And so easy! 1 cup milk, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 tbsp. sugar. Warm milk in the microwave or on the stove. Add vanilla and sugar. (I added some brown sugar in as well) Optional: top with whipped cream, cinnamon, chocolate sauce, or marshmallows.
