Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili - Weight Watchers - Made this for a potluck today. Put it in to cook at bedtime last night and it was all ready to take to a lunch today. Was really yummy, though mine ended up a little on the spicy side, add a little cheese or sour cream and all was good;) Will definitely make this again!

Lauren Conrad's "7 Days to skinny Jeans" ... Oatmeal Smoothies Ingredients: 1 cup ice. 1/2 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries. 1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt. 1 banana. 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats. 1 tablespoon honey. Actually sounds yummy.

LOVE these and so will you. Recipe only makes about 10 bars so you're going to need to at least triple the recipe. By the way, great for summer since you don't have to bake these!"
Healthy, quick breakfast: Peanut Butter Banana and oatmeal squares. // These are awesome! A pan doesn't last 2 days in our house. They're delicious and super good for you, especially if you substitute applesauce for the brown sugar--one bar is 128 calories & 5 grams of protein. Perfect breakfast with a glass of cold milk. YUM! Awesome toddler food, too!
