spinach artichoke bread: *3 T butter *2 cloves garlic *14-oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped *4 oz Mozzarella *6 oz spinach *1 c parmesan *½ c sour cream *1 French bread loaf - Cook garlic in butter. Add artichoke hearts and spinach. Cook until wilting. Add cheeses and sour cream. Cool. Slice the bread lengthwise. Spoon the artichoke mixture into the bread. Cover lightly with foil in baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove the foil; bake for 5 to 8 minutes more. Cut and serve warm.
