Berry Berry Good Day - INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries 1/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled 1/4 cup fresh blueberries 1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks 1 tbsp. goji berries 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt 1/4 cup water 6-8 ice cubes DIRECTIONS Place all ingredients in the Pitcher & blend on 3 until smooth. Serve at once.

Carrot Cinnamon Muffins - I make these some weekends as a healthy alternative to the box mixes. I vary the recipe slightly with a little more cinnamon, blend the carrots and liquid ingredients in our Ninja blender, and cook large muffins for almost 30 minutes.
