Tone your butt and burn 400 calories in 32 min. Run at 7.0 for one minute, walk on 15 incline at 4.0 for 3 minutes. Repeat 8 times. I'm entering my weight, etc. into the treadmill before doing this and we'll see how much it says I burn. :) 4 mph is really fast for full incline, so hopefully it works!!
