Wiper Plank Targets back, abs, obliques, butt, and legs Start on floor in plank position, balancing on forearms and toes, elbows directly under shoulders. Clasp hands together. Lift right leg behind you as high as you can, then lower it without touching toes to floor and bring it out to right side. Return right leg to center, then repeat without touching toes to floor.

"Do your arms wave when your hands do? Here are 5 Low Weight Exercises to Tone the Arms." Honestly I freaking hate these posts because that dumbbell weighs what? 1 pound? You could do that 1000x and you wouldn't get nearly the results you would if you'd just do heavier weights. LIFT ladies. Don't be afraid of it. Rant over.

Elbow plank is tough enough, but make it even more challenging by adding a booty-strengthening donkey kick. From elbow plank position, bend your right knee, flex your heel, and press your foot up toward the ceiling without moving your pelvis.
