I thought flour was not allowed in cleanse? It's processed. Love this and will try but not in cleanse phase.
I actually found whole wheat flour. I will try this using that. Even after challenge I am staying away from white starch.

I make mine by cooking the cauliflower and then draining. Add garlic and a bit of butter, not much and use mixer to mash them... Delish..

Salmon in a Bag - Tin foil, lemon, salmon, butter, salt and pepper - Wrap it up tightly and bake for 25 minutes at 300. I would skip the butter and use a tiny bit of olive oil.
Thats how I cook my salmon! I use olive oil and I add fresh Dill.
you don't really need the oil because salmon has alot of it's own oil but the flavor of the olive oil would be great in it

Hey Julie! I'm a little more of a lax advisor - I feel that moderation is key to long term success. Both sea salt and table salt contain about 40 percent sodium. So to maintain a heart-healthy lifestyle you definitely need to reduce your sodium, but don't give up a little flavor if it means you'll stick to a healther overall lifestyle. Hope this helps!

The Parmesan is so good, skip the salt if using it. Had this at a restaurant in NYC 15 years ago when I had hyperemesis with my second pregnancy. It was the first food I'd kept down in 5 months so my husband told the waiter to bring two more orders. The slightly browned Parmesan transforms the asparagus, people love this simple dish.
