    I have a great breakfast meal, sauté jenny O ground turkey sausage w/onions and crushed garlic (, I like the garlic ice cubes from Trader Joe's ) serve w/brown rice and a side of sliced apples. YUMMO

Cucumber Subs - perfect low carb snack - skip mayo and cheese for the cleanse - use hummus or anything else that sounds good, that is on the list of ok'd foods :-)

    what about using fresh sliced meat from the deli?

Salmon in a Bag - Tin foil, lemon, salmon, butter, salt and pepper - Wrap it up tightly and bake for 25 minutes at 300. I would skip the butter and use a tiny bit of olive oil.

    you don't really need the oil because salmon has alot of it's own oil but the flavor of the olive oil would be great in it

    Hey Julie! I'm a little more of a lax advisor - I feel that moderation is key to long term success. Both sea salt and table salt contain about 40 percent sodium. So to maintain a heart-healthy lifestyle you definitely need to reduce your sodium, but don't give up a little flavor if it means you'll stick to a healther overall lifestyle. Hope this helps!

    The Parmesan is so good, skip the salt if using it. Had this at a restaurant in NYC 15 years ago when I had hyperemesis with my second pregnancy. It was the first food I'd kept down in 5 months so my husband told the waiter to bring two more orders. The slightly browned Parmesan transforms the asparagus, people love this simple dish.
