Yellow Cake Mix 2 eggs 3-4 Overripes Bananas 1/2-1 cup chocolate chips, nuts, etc. Smash bananas in a large bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Batter will fill 2 small loaf pans or 1 large loaf pan. Spray pans well with nonstick cooking spray and a little flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes (a little longer if using the larger loaf pan.)
Can't tell you how many bananas I have thrown away in my life because I was too lazy to make "real" banana bread. Now I can just throw these 3 ingredients together!-going to try this NOW!
