Soy sauce & brown sugar salmon marinade. wrap it in foil and bake at 425° for approx. 15 minutes. Moist and delicious.

Olive Garden's Pasta e Fagioli Soup...1 lb. ground beef, 1 small onion, diced, 1 large carrot, chopped, 1 stalk celery, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 quart of tomatoes (or 2 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes), 1 15-oz. can red kidney beans (w/ juice), 1 15-oz. can Great Northern Beans (w/ liquid), 1 T. white vinegar, 1 ½ t. salt, 1 t. oregano, 1 t. basil, ½ t. pepper, ½ t. thyme, ½ lb. Ditali pasta.

Fall - Crock Pot Chicken and Noodle Soup: 5 cups of chicken broth (boxed or can is fine). One 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup. 1/2 cup onions, chopped fine. 1/2 cup celery, chopped fine. 1/2 cup carrots, chopped fine. 1/2 cup green onions, sliced. One 15 oz can of whole kernel corn, drained. 1 1/2 cup Egg noodles. 2 cups cooked chicken chopped.

Best Ever Corn Casserole! 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix, 1 can cream corn, 1 can whole kernel corn (drained), 2 eggs, 1 stick butter (melted) and 1 cup sour cream. Mix all together in casserole adding the sour cream last. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes (my favorite thing in the universe)

Potatoes, zucchini, baby carrots, sweet potatoes, whole garlic cloves, onions and tomatoes at 350 for 45 minutes. Dust with parmesean for the last 10 minutes.
