    I started cooking when i was 12. My parents worked 2 jobs and I had to feed everyone most nights. I got a recipe book and started going to the store with my Mom to pick out food to cook. Tell them you want to cook one night and have it be a family activity. When i was younger i had no way to know how to get healthier recipes outside of the library. Good luck and make lists to show your parents.

    Or just embrace the fact that you're not even in high school yet! Eating healthy is great and you should totally talk to your parents about it, but you have your entire life to do something as grueling and not-fun as following a meal plan.

    Just because she's young doesn't mean she's invincible. Even if your metabolism is still fast and young your arteries can be clogging. She doesn't have to stick to a strict meal plan, just as long as she's making healthy choices and eliminating as many unhealthy ones as she can. Meghan, you're awesome for being such a young person and noticing things need to change. You're already moving in the right direction! I like Tabitha's suggestion to go shopping with your parents and helping cook!

We purchase crap food because its cheap and we don't exercise we just say we will one day, why not today! Its all in our heads.

    Casey, I know that u proubly don't have time to respond but it would be awesome if u could! All of my family and friends say I'm skinny but I feel really fat and after I eat I feel large and greasy and ugly and HUGE even if I eat healthy! I do your workout and I want to know if there is a certain order of videos that I should do? I want to slim and shape my waist and develop abs and tone and thin(extremely) my thugs and legs and tone up my arms! Ease help me! U r so pretty and nice and cool and I want to be like u!
