Meatball Sub Casserole--heaven!
Gina's skinny chicken parm recipe on Skinnytaste.com is delish! I used my olive oil mister the first time and melted L'OL light butter the second time. For WWatchers just measure your breadcrumb (I used Panko) mixture before and after breading your cutlets (I pounded them slightly) to determine how much you actually used.
