I want to try this! :) First you’ll need a blender…put 1/3 cup of oats or oatmeal into your blender and blend that into a powder. Next, you toss in two frozen bananas (make sure they are chopped up), 1 cup of milk, and 1/3 cup of peanut butter and blend until smooth and creamy. Heaven!
Drink this daily and watch the pounds come off without fuss. The recipe is two handfuls of baby spinach, 1 apple, 1 bananas, 1 cup of yogurt, 5 strawberries, 1/2 orange. Blend well and enjoy! This will give you tons of energy! Maybe this will be a green smoothie I like?
