10 Things I Do To Prepare For Fall

This is a great idea. I read about it somewhere, (I can't remember where) to keep a fitness journal. Cut out inspirational pictures of what you want your goal to be as well as track your workouts every day. I'm on a 6 month journey. This is my 2nd page in my Fitness Journal...promises to myself. I also have my running schedule (couch to 5K) & my work out schedule in it.
