Spicy Parmesan Shrimp Skillet. The only thing I changed with this one was I added a lot more red pepper and I used shells instead of penne pasta, because that's what I had. But with the shells, it was like there was too much pasta and not enough marinade. So next time, I think I'll make some more of the marinade. And use penne. Lol. Still an awesome meal, though. :)

SO. I found it THE best chocolate chip cookie recipe out there. So, for those of y'all who had my adapted version the other day. Here's what I did differently. 1. I love butter as much as the next girl, but I'm happiest with the texture of my baked goods (cookies, mostly) when I do 1/2 margerine, 1/2 butter. 2. No turbinado sugar. Too much work. 3. Sea salt in the batter. One full teaspoon. I only had coarse sea salt so I ground it to medium-course-ish in my little bowl/pestal. 4. I like chocolate chips, so that's what I used. 5. Let the dough chill in the fridge for about an hour. Then, divide it into four roughly-equal lumps & roll into 10" logs. I cut 1/2" cookies & smooshed them with my hand onto the parchment-lined sheet. So good.
