Great simple lunch idea. Hard boiled eggs, ham and avocado. I used seasoned chicken and a little bit of caesar dressing instead of the salsa. It was fantastic and one wrap was totally filling!

Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Muffins *no flour or sugar Ingredients: 2.5 cups old fashioned oats 1 cup plain low fat greek yogurt 2 eggs 1/2 cup honey 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 2 TBSP ground flax seed 1 tsp vanilla 2 ripe bananas
