This olive oil- and herb-topped steak is based on one served by the Italian-born chef Cesare Casella at Salumeria Rosi in New York City.

AWESOME!!! Next time I will double this because it was completely eaten! Comfort food! No Peek Beef Tips - best served over mashed potatoes. Couldn't be easier!

Parmesan (or moz) baked tomatoes. On baking sheet place 2 sliced medium tomatoes, 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan, fresh oregano, salt, pepper, Drizzle olive oil over top. Bake 450 F for 10 to 15 min.

MISSISSIPPI SIN DIP...16oz sour cream; 8oz cream cheese (softened); 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded; 1 green onion chopped; 1/4 tsp hot sauce; 1 tsp Worcestshire sauce; salt; pepper; French loaf bread. Mix ingredients, hollow out the loaf creating a "boat," pour mixture in loaf, wrap in foil, bake at 350 for 1 hour

rolo stuffed snickerdoodles. the littlest effort ever required for a seemingly gourmet cookie. Change up the candy inside to change flavor

Peanut Butter filled Bugles dipped in chocolate. yummm, sweet and salty. Put x-mas color sprinkles on the chocolate and call them elf hats.

I see a new tradition starting this year. Christmas Eve Creamy Crockpot Hot Chocolate - 1.5 cups heavy cream, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14oz), 2 cups milk chocolate chips, 6 cups of milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract. With all of that it would have to be good!

Chicken, black bean, corn, cheese and rice makes up this yummy, easy to make, healthy dish!

***DANGER***This recipe came from someone who actually worked at a Mexican restaurant and passed along this recipe on how to make Queso Blanco Dip (white cheese dip) like they do in their restaurant. Hallelujah!!!!!
