Slow Cooker 7UP Chicken and Rice. A delicious meal with only 5 ingredients!

• 1 lb roast, 1/2-inch pces • 1 1/2 c carrot • 1 1/2 c celery • 2/3 c onion • 8oz pkg mushrooms • 2 Tbsp beef base • 8-10 c water • 1 bay leaf • 1 cup uncooked pearl barley • 1 Tbs. garlic . Salt & pepper Brown beef in pan until browned, stirring frequently. Put beef in crockpot, Add carrot, celery, onion, and mushrooms, beef base, water, garlic and bay leaf. Cook on high one hour, add barley then turn to low and cook til veg and beef are tender. Salt and pepper.

Easy crockpot chicken and stuffing recipe - only 4 ingredients! 4 chicken breasts • 6oz. package of Stove Top stuffing mix • 1/2 cup sour cream • 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Put the chicken in the crockpot first. Then put the stuffing on top of the chicken. Mix sour cream, soup, and 1/4 cup water in a small bowl. Pour mixture over top of the chicken and stuffing and cook on low for 4 hours.
