Cool way to add color & to transform tacky old light fixtures! two coats of metal primer followed by another two coats of bright red spray paint.
So cute! Find a medal piece like this and create a sign by finding plain wood that is made to be a sign from a craft store like Joan's. Paint any color all over the board and create "fake" cracks by drawing cricked lines occasionally. Then paint what you would like on the sign (picture, word, etc.) and to give it a vintage feel sand the board before painting.

"To paint over ANY surface, without sanding, use a product called ‘ESP Easy Surface Prep’, available at hardware and paint shops. Wipe on, wipe off and paint in 90 minutes. Works well over enamel paint , without having to sand. SAVES HOURS of work. It was recommended to me by a professional painter. @ Pin For Your Home"

DIY Printed Candles What you need: vellum, a candle, wax paper and a hairdryer. Print your image on light-weight vellum paper; trim paper to wrap (or nearly) around the candle. You may attach vellum to candle with tacks or glue dots, if necessary. Wrap wax paper around the vellum and blow-dry the Heck out of the candle! Don't get frustrated with bubbles in the vellum, they usually work their way out.
